Shelly Owens is an Associate Independent Clinical Social Worker and is under the supervision of Heather Ramirez, LICSW, RPT, CMHS. Shelly received her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Harding University and her Master of Social Work at The University of Missouri, Kansas City.

Shelly has been married for 22 years, has two teenage children and a rescue dog. She enjoys camping, hiking, backpacking, exercise, baking and spending time with friends and family. Shelly was born and raised in Richland and moved away after high school. She spent 17 years living in several states across the country and returned to the Tri-Cities in 2013.
